Done with your orders? If you are not already currently viewing your cart click “View Cart” at the top right of the page. Once in your shopping cart, you can review and make changes to your orders.

Once you’re happy with your orders, simply click on “Proceed to Checkout”. In checkout page, if you are our loyal returning customer, please login using the returning customer link (If you are not already login in). All information should be pre-filled as your previous orders.

For new customer, simply complete billing details form, and check on “I’ve read and agree to the Terms & Conditions” and check on “Create an account” if you wish to create an account with us and allow us to send you the product update, newsletters or promotion material via email.

*Should you wish to send the product as gift to someone you love or care about. Simply check “Ship to a different address” option, a new shipping information field will appear for you to fill.

Final step, submitting your orders. Once you have completed all the fields, simply select a payment method that you comfortable with and follow the prompt or payment instruction. Iyashino shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twelve (12) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable.
